TargetJr TargetJr is a large integrated Image Understanding (IU) environment which is designed both as a vision research tool and as a platform for a number of IU applications. The environment allows the rapid exchange of algorithms and ideas between researchers working on a joint project, but also between different projects. TargetJr has tight connections with the Image Understanding Environment (IUE).
