Guppi Guppi is an easy-to-use graphical interface for plotting data and performing simple statistical manipulations. It is a GNOME application. Guppi requires the Goose (a statistical library which calculates common statistics and manipulate data sets), and Gtk--Draw (a convenient wrapper around some Gdk drawing operations).
