AutoMap/AutoLink AutoMap is a tool designed to simplify the creation of MPI data-types. It works as a source-to-source compiler reading directly from the user typea definitions. In its actual release, it only handles C data-types. AutoLink is a tool designed to transfer dynamic data-types (like graphs) using MPI. It works as a library, giving the user access to high level functions to transfer dynamic data-types. In its actual release, it only handles C data-types. It requires AutoMap to generate some of its files.
